How We Can Help:

Starting out as a small business ourselves, we understand how difficult it can be to balance the technical aspect of the business with the management part. (Too busy working “in” the business rather than “on” the business.) One of the main reasons businesses fail is that they know and understand the technical aspect of their businesses (what it is that they are selling) but are not very skilled at the marketing aspect of things (how to sell what they offer). It is our goal to help you with your marketing and if needed, be your outsourced partner to help you succeed to your highest potential.

Site Design Help:

Deciding to bring your business online is an important step for small business owners. For a lot of people it’s quite scary as well. Many of the businesses we work with have very limited knowledge of the internet and how to go about building a site. As this is a very important decision, you can’t afford to have it done incorrectly. When we work with you, as our client, we take the time to sit with you and explain, in simple to understand terms, the steps to take to get a site designed for your business. We offer Total Web Solutions – from helping you registering a domain name, assist in setting up hosting for the site, designing it, and maintaining it, to submitting the site to search engines so your customers can find you. No need to go to several different sites to get your site completed. No technical mumbo-jumbo to decipher, we explain everything in plain English! We work closely with you to determine your “Most Wanted Response” from your site. This allows us to create/develop a site that works uniquely for your business. Please review our Design Process to understand this fully. In order to provide exceptional service to our clients, we only work on 3 large projects at any given time. So if you have a project in mind, please contact us as soon as possible to get your project added to the pipeline.

General Guidelines

To help things run smoothly, we’d like you to select ONE person from your company to be the point of contact that we will work with on your project/s. Having more than one POC leads to confusion and extra time/money spent on the project. We prefer to communicate via email so that we may have a hard copy of what is discussed. We have a project management area where detailed communication can take place and everyone stays up to date on the project. We know that sometimes a phone call is necessary so we do try to schedule calls as needed. Please note that after your initial hour consult, any phone correspondence will be billed at the normal hourly rate. Our time/knowledge is valuable – just like yours. As we are taking on clients on a regular basis, your correspondence and materials will need to be submitted in a timely manor. If it is not, it could cause your project to be delayed. We have been doing what we do for a long time, please trust our knowledge and try to avoid micro-managing. That is why you are paying us! That being said, if at any time you have questions about what we are doing or why, please don’t be afraid to ask! We consider ourselves your partners in the project/s and value your opinion.
