Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing
The top way people find their way to your site is through relevant searches via the top Search Engines.
They won’t find you if you aren’t listed in at least the top 1-3 pages.
People often confuse Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with Search Engine Marketing (SEM). SEO is best done while the site is being designed as SEO consists of optimizing the site layout, navigation and content to promote higher rankings. SEM is done after the site is completed and involves ongoing work to get your site to the top of the search engines and keep it there.
With our Search Engine Marketing (SEM) services, you can be sure that your site will be found at the top. In order to get your site listed high in the search engines and then stay there, consistent work is needed to maintain those high rankings. We have a couple of SEM services to help you stay at the top.
Depending on what your budget allows for SEM, we can allow for more or less time to be committed to working on your site to gain the high rankings that you desire.
For example, each month the following will take place:
- Monthly reports for you about your site, as well as your top competitors online, within the top search engines; Google, MSN, and Yahoo; regular reporting of link popularity and site rankings of the top 4 keyword phrases of your choice
- Searching for viable/relevant link partners, requesting link exchange/listing with those sites.
- Submitting posts to relevant blogs for link exchanges.
- Updating content within pages made for the keywords that you have chosen and resubmitting them to the search engines when needed.
- Evaluate the web statistics of the site, to monitor traffic coming into the site, most viewed pages, referrals, & keyword phrases used to find the site. These will be placed in a report for you as well.
- Making modifications to keyword strategy, site, marketing strategy, etc. based on what reports show.
This is to help you get good organic (non-paid) position within the search engines. If you need to be seen right away, and have the budget that allows for it, then we might want to discuss PPC (pay-per-click) paid placement campaigns. These can be expensive, but are a good form of advertising and getting visitors to the site quickly while we work on bringing your site up in the rankings naturally.
