I've created these credit packages because many times you may need some smaller projects done that won't fit inside the time allotted in your Peace of Mind Care Plan.

Essentially, service credits purchased work like cell phone minutes. Blocks of time are pre purchased and are good for one year after purchased.

They can be used for anything that you need help with regarding your website and marketing.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Formatting content for your website
• Designing small graphics for your site, programs or newsletter
• Installing/configuring plugins or modules for your website
• Troubleshoot any problems you are having
• Custom coding new widget areas for your WordPress site
• Changes to the stylesheet that formats your website - colors/fonts/sizes
• Helping you create a newsletter template

Service Credits would be helpful for you if...

• You already have a website that works for you but just needs minor updates 
• You already have a graphic design person, but need help with the technical aspects of your website
• You have a specific problem that needs fixing
• You aren't ready to bump up to the next Care Plan level but need more work done than your monthly allotted time allows

How does this work?

• Simple, just purchase the amount of hours your budget allows or that you think your project will take. Your credits will be applied to your account that will be created in my Client Support Area.
• Contact me with your project details and I'll get back to you with an estimate and a time when it will be completed.
• Once the job is done, I'll send you detailed invoice that will be billed against the credit in your account. Projects billed against the credits are billed in 15 min. increments so you won't get over billed for the work provided.

The more you purchase, the better your savings. Service credits expire one year from purchase and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
