Track your advertising results

how are you doing with tracking your advertisingAs a business owner, I assume you do some form of advertising to let people know who you are and what you can do for them.

Do you know how well each type of advert is working for you?

Everything you do to drive traffic to your business, both offline & on, should be tracked.

So how do you do that?

Have a specific “call to action” for each advertisement you run. If you are having them call, set up a seperate phone number or extention for them to use, or have them mention a specific code for a special offer.

If you are directing them to your website, set up a specific page that they will go to so you’ll be able to see how many people visited that page for your special offer.

Your “To Do” item for the week: Review your ads that are running this upcoming week and be sure there is some way of tracking them.

You don’t want to be dumping money into ads that aren’t generating you any leads/money.

By tracking you’ll know what types convert the best, and which ones are not worth re-running.
